Don’t miss a chance to see one of the greatest bands of all time! The Glenn Miller Orchestra is coming to the Palm Springs Cultural Center for one might only on Friday, March 7th. The current music director, Erik Stabnau, is a young tenor saxophonist & vocalist who is equally entertaining and informative while hosting the evening.
During the course of their show the band features Erik, female vocalist Jenny Swoish, the vocal group The Moonlight Serenaders, and the 16 instrumentalists on all of Glenn Miller’s biggest hits: A String of Pearls, Pennsylvania 6-5000, In The Mood, At Last, Chattanooga Choo Choo, I’ve Got a Gal in Kalamazoo and many more! These talented vocalists and musicians hail from across The United States, from Alaska to Florida and everywhere in-between, and range in age from 22 to 65 – a truly All-American group! This is an evening of swing music and nostalgia not to be missed!
